Order Processing
All items are print-on-demand and made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times (after production):
-United States: 3–8 business days
-International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by product type, size, and destination.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (where available). Please note that not all international carriers provide end-to-end tracking.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship the order once additional shipping costs are paid.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Neal Street Mercantile is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
International Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Neal Street Mercantile is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs.
